Paul came today to our school, and on behalf of Coombabah State High School, we would like to thank him! The presentation was a real eye opener to all of us, and i could say it touched most of us by what had happened Matthew. We also learnt that ONE PUNCH CAN KILL!
So thank you once again and hope you can continue to educate young people about what violence can do.

Today, After just listening to a man for 30minutes. I went from being happy, to crying, and Matthew Stanleys father, came to my school. His story, was one of the most saddest things I have ever heard in my life. It made me think, how can someone acctually physically harm someone. Its dissapointing to see people my own age killed, for doing absolutely nothing wrong, all he wanted to do was have fun. I feel for all his family and friends. I wish everyone the best. R.I.P matthew. xo

Hey, I am a year 12 student at Tullawong State High and I would like to say my thanks to Paul in coming to our school and talking about his son. I am sorry to all the Stanley family for their loss. No one can really, truly, understand what your going through and the pain that you have, and still are, experiencing. Thank you again Paul for telling us what has happened to your family. The hardship that you have gone through and still be able to tell us about the death of your son shows how strong you are as a person and that is something that I admire. I know when I lost a family member I couldn’t do that.

hi, i listened to the presentation the other day with tears in my eyes, i want to thankyou for this and i think you are a great person to do such a thing not just for your son but for all teenagers across Queensland. It has really helped me realise how easily something like this can happen. i wish i could of met yorur son he sounds like a great person. thankyou so much for making this presentation. i will never forget it!

Hi Paul, amongst the students that you talked to at Mackay State High School, I was there listening with very watery eyes. I still dont understand how you can get up in front of us and tell us about your son. You are full of courage and a very brave parent to be talking to schools , I really appreciated you coming to our school and sharing the story of Matthew. The speech really touched us all. Thank you so much.
