<p><strong>ABOUT MCELREA RACING</strong></p>
<p>McElrea Racing was  founded in January 2009. Headed by former NZ Formula Ford &amp; Trans Am  Champion Andy McElrea. McElrea Racing is focused on advancing the careers of  promising young drivers.</p>

<p>• Fujitsu V8  Supercar Championship • Australian GT3 Cup Challenge • The legendary Bathurst 12  Hr • Prepare and run two 997 GT3 Carrera Cup cars for Porsche Australia’s  Carrera Cup Experience • Manage and run a 3 seater V8 Supercar Ride program •  Providing data and engineering support to 2 front runners in the Porsche Carrera  Cup Asia • Prepare, maintain &amp; run private collection of exotic sports &amp;  race cars.</p>

<p>• As Team Manager of  PCR’s Carrera Cup team from 2003 through 2008 Andy has contributed to numerous  Australian Carrera Cup achievements.</p>
<p>Including: • 2005,  Jonathon Webb ‘Driver to Europe’ award and 3rd outright. • 2006, David Wall  ‘Rookie of the Year’. Alex Davison second outright. • 2007, Michael Trimble  ‘Rookie of the Year’. • 2008, Aaron Caratti 4 pole positions, 6 race wins, 1  round win, 1 lap record.</p>
<p>2009, 6<sup>th</sup> Outright in Bathurst 12 Hr. 1<sup>st</sup> in Rd 1 of Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge.  5<sup>th</sup> in Fujitsu V8 Supercar Championship including 2<sup>nd</sup> place at Bathurst. 3<sup>rd</sup> in B Class Porsche Carrera Cup  Asia.</p>
